ContextEcho is an individually developed iOS app for everyday listening to Chinese podcasts, Bilibili learning content, and local learning stats. Features may change across releases.

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee perpetual availability of any third-party source or that content meets your copyright or compliance needs.

2. Your responsibilities

• Ensure imported or played content is lawful and complies with platform terms and copyright law.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for backups and exports; uninstalling may delete local data.

3. Third-party content

RSS, Xiaoyuzhou, Bilibili, YouTube, and others are operated by third parties. ContextEcho is a client for sources you specify. We are not responsible for accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content. Outages or policy changes may limit features.

4. Intellectual property

The ContextEcho software, UI, and branding belong to the developer. Media and articles you access remain the property of their respective owners or platforms.

5. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContextEcho is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app, where such limitation is allowed by law.

6. Waitlist and website

This site describes the product and collects waitlist interest. It does not form a purchase contract. TestFlight or App Store availability is at the developer’s discretion.
