When reporting an issue, include
- iPhone model and iOS version
- ContextEcho version (Settings → About)
- Steps to reproduce, screenshots, or a screen recording
- For playback issues: source type (podcast / Bilibili, etc.) and offline or not
You can export diagnostic logs from Settings before emailing (check for personal subscription info first).
